• Today I have upgraded TeachPress package to its newest version. Since then, my website cannot be accessed and it shows the following error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/calatrav/public_html/auzinger.name/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/teachpress/teachpress.php on line 661

I wonder if somebody could provide any hint on the reason of the problem and how to solve it? Is it perhaps a bug?

Thank you very much in advance for your support (and for the package)

    Best regards,
    Mamen Ca

  • Hi,

I have the same problem. Probably this is a result of having a PHP version <5.3, which is now the new requirements. To bad the update process does not check this…

You have to update your PHP (which I can’t), or revert to a previous version.

    Best regards
    Jan-Patrick
