Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting

  • Hello, all!

    A few weeks ago, I deactivated Jetpack to troubleshoot some problems in my website i-tech.com.pt. Now, each time I try to activate it, I get the same error, over and over again:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting ‘)’ in /home/itechcompt/i-tech.com.pt/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 265

    I guess that going to the source code of it, in the Edit option of the plugin, and correct something i can go throughout this one. By the error, i guess there is something wrong in line 265. So, I copy-pasted the the code of jetpack.php to Dreamweaver that showed me the lines. Line 256 (the last one) displays this:

    ‘old_version’, // (string) Used to determine which modules are the most recently added. previous_ver

    Can anyone help me identifying the error??
