Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{'

  • Hello! I am having a major issue.

    I went into functions.php to try and hide the tags from single posts. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was doing thinking if I were to make a mistake, I could just edit my mistakes.

    Unfortunately, my messing around has crashed the whole page and I’m unable to even access my account. I get this message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘, expecting ‘:’ in /data/17/0/104/65/756880/user/773798/htdocs/newsletter/wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php on line 491
