Parse error: syntax error

Hi when I tried to activate the plugin i received this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /hsphere/local/home/username/site.com/wp-content/plugins/userway-accessibility-widget/includes/admin.php on line 120

I was going to just remove line 120 but not sure if that would make it worse.
