    Hi there,

This is most likely an issue with the version of PHP your host is running on. We’ve had several users report this, contact their hosting company, and get their PHP version updated to 5.4 or higher and then have no problems at all.

PHP 5.4 itself is old and no longer maintained. Most hosts will upgrade your version very quickly and for free.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
