• I’ve got most everything running. THe only problem is my categories dont work. They go to dead links when I try to click on them. Specifically, they go to a page that says this “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/oldwiza1/public_html/thepopsong/wp-content/themes/winter-solstice-10/archive.php on line 62”

    The website is below. Thank you for any help that you can give.

    <p>Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.</p>

    <?php endif; ?>

    To be even more specific its all this code with the space between

    thats not the problem. We need to see the whole file. Use a pastebin service, and make all the code available.

    Ok, here’s the code for that page. Hopefully someone can find something

    <?php get_header(); ?>

    <div id=”wrap” class=”clearfix”>

    <div id=”content”>

    <?php if (have_posts()) : ?>

    <?php $post = $posts[0]; // Hack. Set $post so that the_date() works. ?>
    <?php /* If this is a category archive */ if (is_category()) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Archive for the ‘<?php echo single_cat_title(); ?>’ Category</h2>

    <?php /* If this is a daily archive */ } elseif (is_day()) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Archive for <?php the_time(‘F jS, Y’); ?></h2>

    <?php /* If this is a monthly archive */ } elseif (is_month()) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Archive for <?php the_time(‘F, Y’); ?></h2>

    <?php /* If this is a yearly archive */ } elseif (is_year()) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Archive for <?php the_time(‘Y’); ?></h2>

    <?php /* If this is a search */ } elseif (is_search()) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Search Results</h2>

    <?php /* If this is an author archive */ } elseif (is_author()) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Author Archive</h2>

    <?php /* If this is a paged archive */ } elseif (isset($_GET[‘paged’]) && !empty($_GET[‘paged’])) { ?>
    <h2 class=”pagetitle”>Blog Archives</h2>

    <?php } ?>

    <?php if (have_posts()) : ?>

    <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

    <div class=”post” id=”post-<?php the_ID(); ?>”>
    <h2>” title=”<?php the_title(); ?>”><?php the_title(); ?></h2>
    <small>In <?php the_category(‘, ‘) ?> | “><?php comments_number(‘No Comments’, ‘1 Comment’, ‘% Comments’); ?><?php edit_post_link(‘Edit’, ‘ | ‘); ?></small>
    <?php the_content(‘Read the rest of this entry »’); ?>
    <div class=”meta”><?php the_author() ?> // <?php the_time(‘F jS, Y’) ?></div>
    </div>

    <?php endwhile; ?>

    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    <div class=”alignleft”><p><?php next_posts_link(‘« Previous Entries’) ?></p></div>
    <div class=”alignright”><p><?php previous_posts_link(‘Next Entries »’) ?></p></div>

    <?php else : ?>

    <h2>Not Found</h2>
    <p>Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.</p>

    <?php endif; ?>

    </div>

    <?php get_sidebar(); ?>

    <?php get_footer(); ?>

    try putting another
    <?php endif; ?>

    after the last one in that. so you have this:

    ...
    <?php endif; ?>
    <?php endif; ?>
    </div>

    <?php get_sidebar(); ?>

    <?php get_footer(); ?>
