Parse Error on activate

    I’m getting the following error when I try to activiate:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /var/sites/mysite.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/lightbox-popup/includes/front_end.php on line 104

    I have tried switching back to default WP Theme, turned off all plugins and also deleted plugin then downloaded and manually uploaded to plugins. Nothing has worked
