• I am stuck on this with my site:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENDIF in /home1/markcool/public_html/ivegotahammer/wp-content/themes/calotropis/functions.php on line 150

I have ftp’d in and replaced the code on that page with a newly downloaded version, still getting error.

What’s next, delete and reinstall entire theme?

  • do you mean you have replaced the functions.php file with a newly downloaded version?

if you still keep getting the error, you could paste the code of this functions.php into a https://wordpress.pastebin.com/ and post the link to it here.

    Thanks.

Yes, I copied the html from a newly downloaded version of the theme.

I just did it again and it worked.

Thank you so much for responding. I have felt all alone here in cyber space with this. I think your response was what I needed to push me over the edge and get it done.

My site was down for 4 days!

I am back here again with:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home1/markcool/public_html/ivegotahammer/wp-content/themes/calotropis/includes/front.php on line 16

    Here’s what I’ve done:

    Through ftp I have
1.replaced front.php with a new file copied from a fresh version of Calotropis.
2.Replaced admin folder and includes folder from a newly downloaded version of Calotropis.

My site’s still down, can anyone help?

Is there a way to refresh? I though the changes would take effect as soon as I made the ftp transfers, no?

    Thank you,

    Mark
