Parse Error During Activation

    I am receiving the following error when activating:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/dcd/public_html/samp1.com/wp-content/plugins/ukuupeople-the-simple-crm/includes/class-ukuupeople.php on line 2744

    The PHP version is 5.4.45

    This is due to a compatibility issue with PHP 5.4. We’ve resolved the issue in the 1.6.2 release which is now available. Please let me know if you have any further issues!
