  • Hey Dario,

Can you manually update to 4.8 and let me know if that helps?

    Hello!
I just manually update it at 4.9…
    I can’t still enter in my dashboard….
    the site is https://www.logopedista.org
I changed the URLs for WordPress dashboard areas from /wp-admin to a secret one…

    Tried accessing:

    https://www.logopedista.org/wp-admin/

which should return a 404 (page not found) but results in the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting ‘)’ in /home/logop189/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/admin/admin.php on line 147

Please temporarily deactivate the Contact Form 7 plugin and see whether that makes any difference to the issue as posted in this topic.

Also make sure the Contact Form 7 plugin is updated to the latest release.

    Hi dwinden.
I have deactivated Contact Form 7 but results the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/logop189/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-admin.php on line 111

So I have deactivated Jetpack but results the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /home/logop189/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-admin-init.php on line 153

So I have deactivated wordpress-seo but results the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ”The first option allows you t’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting ‘)’ in /home/logop189/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/admin/theme-settings.php on line 298

So I have deactivated genesis theme and results is a blank page….

Are you also getting these errors accessing the https://www.logopedista.org/ [secret login slug]/ URL ?
(Where [secret login slug] should be substituted with your secret login slug).

So what happens when you deactivate the iTSec plugin ?

Since you are unable to access the WP Dashboard I’m assuming you are deactivating plugins\themes by renaming their directories, right ?

What PHP version are you using ?

    dwinden
