Parse error affecting scroll?

    I’ve been getting a bizarre scrolling problem with our site and I am trying to chase it down. Not blaming your plugin, just trying to eliminate a few things. We get parse errors on the css written to the page on several items. Basically there is no space between the attribute and !important;

    top: 32px!important;
    Should be top: 32px !important;

    Really don’t know if that’s our problem. When we are logged in we can scroll up passed the admin bar into whitespace.
