Parse Error

  • Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home/convodev/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cta/classes/class.post-type.wp-call-to-action.php on line 1

    I’m on PHP 5.5 and have tried the default theme. What’s the issue? This error I receive after I’ve uploaded the files and try to activate the plugin.

    your ftp client might be mushing the code together.

    This happened to me using Filezilla. You need to set the data transfer type to binary.

    Some times your software installation might not work because you need to transfer your files in Binary . This video shows you where to change the transfer type in filezilla.
