Try disabling it, then empty your browser cache. Do you still see the error?

Try replacing wp-cooments.php (cooments?) with a fresh one from a fresh WP download. Do not overwrite the file. Delete first, then upload. Overwriting files via FTP can lead to incomplete transfers.
