Parse Error & SITE DOWN!

    Hello! I was using 2.5, and upgraded to 2.51. now I am getting an error messge, both at login and at the site itself.

    ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /home2/lakeside/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/post.php on line 1482′

    Any ideas? I have re-uploaded both wp-admin & wp-includes directories
