Parked Domains With Subdomain – Stats Not Working

Hoo boy. Right.

So I own https://www.domain.com, under which is hosted a number of WP blogs of the form:

domain.com/domain-two/blog-one
domain.com/domain-two/blog-two
etc.

Now. I also own https://www.domain-two.com. This domain doesn’t have any webhosting and I registered it myself. At the moment, this points to the nameservers that domain.com is hosted on, and domain.com picks it up and directs it to:

https://domain-two.domain.com

i.e. a subdomain. Aaaand WordPress has been told that the index page for domain.com/domain-two/main is located at https://domain-two.domain.com.

I know. It’s a bit tangled. Short version is: the parked domain redirects to a subdomain on another site, which in turn is linked through to the main wordpress installation.

My problem (my main problem, at any rate) is that now my blog stats show my main source of visitors as “www.domain-two.com” which is clearly not true. Any idea how I can resolve this stats problem?
