Hi, We use Parex Bridge to link WooCommerce to Xero but I am having problems with the syncronisation stopping between WooCommerce and Parex Bridge. Parex Bridge support have told me that it is because Webhooks for orders are getting disabled or the authorisation is being blocked. They say this is an issue with WooCommerce but I have no idea where to look to see if there is a setting that needs changing. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    Hello @agcloudteam,

Hi, We use Parex Bridge to link WooCommerce to Xero but I am having problems with the syncronisation stopping between WooCommerce and Parex Bridge.

I understand that the Parex Bridge integration is dependent on the “order created” webhook, but it seems that it’s not working properly.

I tested the webhook using https://webhook.site on my test site, and I can see that the payload was delivered without any issues.

I suggest that you create a new webhook with the “order created” trigger by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and then test it using the aforementioned site or any other method that you prefer. This should help you determine if there’s a problem with the webhook on your site or if it’s related to the integration with Parex Bridge.

If you see any errors along the way, please let us know.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
