Parent Student Consent Waiver

    I couldn’t find it but is there a feature that allows team registration and sign up to have a step for parent or guardian consent? I am organizing a league for High Schoolers and need a waiver form to be signed by parents?

    Please help if you can!

    We don’t have this feature, unfortunately.

    You’ll need to use a form builder plugin such as Gravity forms or ACF

    You might use an embedded Google Form as well. We use that to gather player interest in our team. Easy to use and you can export the data to Excel or your favorite spreadsheet program.
