Hi there – I have a product with 147 attributes .. when I try to add the dependency that somebody had to purchase that product (the attribute doesn’t matter) I can’t get the parent product to show up in the autocomplete field. Is there anything I can do to make the dependent on the Parent product rather than the attributes?

    Thanks!!
    Erica

ps – this is for a Girl Scout event. Troops have to register for a country first, then they can purchase tickets to the event. The attributes are country names that are restricted to 1 stock item .. hence the 147 variations.

    Hi Erica,

We tried to replicate this issue locally without any success.

Both parent Variable products and specific variations show up as expected in the Product Dependencies field: https://cl.ly/2l181i30241m

Typically issues like this are caused by a conflict with another plugin. We would recommend deactivating all plugins expect for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Product Dependencies. If this fixes the issue, then slowly re-enable plugins until you find the one that triggers it.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Jason
