parent plugin software issues

    My lookcinderella.com web pages are not functioning, this is completely disabling, I am unable to use my word press website. Because, I don’t code, just don’t have the knowledge, I installed myriad kinds of plugins to activate lookcinderella.com, unfortunately some bad plugin completely destroyed my page and blocked me out, please help

    ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename the /plugins folder
    this will disable all plugins

    now name folder back to normal and activate plugins one by one – testing in between

    Completely powerless, the only ability I have is to look @ my pages; I had, and have NO access any administrative responsibilities, this maleware plugin blocks me from making changes. I NEED HELP, who do you contact? My site is not functioning at all.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_can_see_seo_metabox() in /home/lookci5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpmu-dev-seo-addon/wpmu-dev-seo-addon.php on line 85

    The error message above is displayed on my website, unable to access and do any form of functioning on this site, it is inactive, very disabling.

    Who do you contact and report this problem to, I have been block out of my site for almost two days, in emergencies who do members contact?!!!!!!!
