    Hey Ben,

    First of all, thanks for this awesome and simple plugin. Saves a lot of time and it’s easy to style. I do have couple of suggestions that would make this plugin perfect.

    1. Add an option to also include the parent page on the menu.

    2. Add a screen ‘break-point’ value option that turns the menu to a simple select menu.
