parent page has disappeared from my main tab bar

  • I was editing pages on my word press and I accidently deleted a page that was a parent page and appeared on my top tab bar. It was titled “Sponsors”.

    I tried to create a new page with the same heading and redirected the subtabs to parent this new “Sponsors” page, but the Main parent “Sponsors” page is not showing up on the top tab bar beside my contacts.

    Can you help me out or give some instructions. Again I am not to savy with technical terms but I have basic knowledge of Word Press.

  • Okay first we need a plugin to keep Giselle from deleting good pages ??

    Go back to each page that is a ‘sub-page’ of Sponsors and take the Attribute->Parent off. Save the page, then change the Attribute->Parent back to Sponsors and save.

    The Sponsors should have no Parent.

    If that doesn’t resolve, please provide a link to download your theme or paste the template code (probably your theme’s header.php) in a pastebin and report the pastebin link back here.
