Parent menu unclickable and some other issues.

  • Hi,
    First, thank you so much for this great theme ! I trylly like it.

    But since some days i’m facing some issues with the theme.

    1) Menu issue / My menu is working good but if i put a sub menu then he becomes unclickable.
    What’s weird is the fact that it works well in customize and it works also with right cliking and opening…
    What’s the probblem ? I don’t find a solution and none of those on google is working.
    It started since i make the new theme update 2 days ago.

    2 ) How can i change the whidth of one page without affecting the front page or others page ? Cause when i change the settings in customize this affect all the website. I would like something like a small size contact page etc..

    3 ) Gallery presentation / I wanted to know how can i do to create a gallery with the same presentation as the front page and when we click on the pictures a lightbox appear to show a large version of the picture (pretty the same thing as my portfolio ). I dont know how to explain it well but you probably understand what i mean. ??

    I’m so sorry to bother you with my questions but i’m not that good on wordpress.

    Hello,

    1) Please apply the following patch (it will be included in the next release):

    2) You can analyze classes in the body element and then assign for some unique CSS class your code which will work only on a specific page. In example subpage “Packs” on your page has following CSS classes: page page-id-18 page-template-default no-touch-screen where page-id-18 is unique only for this specific page.

    3) I’m really sorry but it is a custom work which is beyond of our technical support

    Hi Gavick,

    Thank you so much for your help.

    The patch is working well but on the mobile version this is hardly clickable and sub menu doesnt work now cause when i click on them this brings me to the parent menu (Blog).

    Still on mobile, how could i adjust the size post in home page for mobile ? Specifically in width ? Cause in customize when i change the settings, nothing happen about the width ot the posts. How to fixe that ?

    About the CSS class i honestly don’t found how and where to configure it…. I probably missed something…

    I have a little gallery issue, Gallry is working fine but the thumbnails are really blur or are in really low resolution (Eva gallery in front page ). How can i fix that ? This appear only when i use “thumbnail” when i create a gallery post, however if i choose the “medium” features it looks ok…

    I’m really sorry for all these questions but i’m really new on wordpress…

    I’ve added another small fix – it fixes issue with clicking submenu on mobile devices.

    So you have a problem with the thumbnail quality or not?

    It is a normal behaviour in this case – one tap opens the submenu, double tap opens the link – there is no other way to implement this menu with touch gestures.

    Sorry but I don’t understand this problem – for me all your images looks fine for me.

    did you made some custom changes in the theme? Because it behaves totally different in comparision to my version.
