Parent comment author user email Short code Not Working

    I used Recipient Email short code {parent_comment_author_user_email} but Wp Mail SMTP Show this Erro “You must provide at least one recipient email address.” How can I solve it or Otherwise which short code I Use?

    Just Reminder, I want to, Admin reply Comment on post User Get Email.

    Hi, can you share a screenshot of the notification edit screen or export the notification to JSON so I could check the setup? You can do so in the plugin settings.
