    Hello!

    Is it possible in a parent/child page to give to a user role, view only access to the parent table and edit/insert/delete access to the child table;

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @vickydam,

    It is currently not possible to run the parent and child tables in different modes (view and edit). Sorry! It is on my to do list…

    But the latest version supports read-only fields. You might need to update! As a workaround you can make the fields of your parent table read-only and the fields of your child tables updatable. It doesn’t look perfect, but is prevents users being able to update parent fields.

    Would this be an acceptable (temporary) solution for you?

    Thanks,
    Peter

    I would like to correct my answer,

    this functionality with the read only fields is exactly what I needed.

    Thank you very much.
