Hey there, our filters work totally fine outside of the fact that no parents work, even parents that are a child of another parent. Only the very bottom sub categories seem to be filtering.

We get 0 results when you choose any categories. For example ‘Diaphragm Pump Parts’ produces 0 results.

What we would be happy with alternatively would be to have category pages with filters being just sub categories to that parent category.

Please help! Plugin is perfect otherwise.

It seems if you go to the product category page, it initially works in showing the products under that category, and your plugin filters show that parent category as ticked. Yet when you go to add a child to the filter we get 0 products.

Something to do with my filter being an ‘AND’? It must be and for what we want, we need to filter down further and further.

I have the same problem. I have only 2 categories. When I click on one of the categories in the filter, I get 0 results. The filter shows a positiv count for each category.
