Parece que no tengo el pixel instalado

  • I have created my facebook pixel

    I had installed the PixelYourSite plugin but I deactivated it because it seems very complicated.

    So I activated this Pixel Caffeine and connected it to my facebook account where I have the facebook pixel. Configure a ViewContent event.

    But, when I use the Facebook Pixel Helper extension it tells me that I don’t have the pixel installed.

    Is there something particular to do in the plugin configuration?

    Había instalado el plugin PixelYourSite pero lo desactive porque me parece muy complicado.

    Entonces activé este Pixel Caffeine y lo conecte a mi cuenta de facebook donde tengo el pixel de facebook. Configure un evento ViewContent.

    Pero, cuando uso la extensión Facebook Pixel Helper me dice que no tengo el pixel instalado.

    Hay algo particular que hacer en la configuración del plugin?

    Hi,

    Please, if you have any adblocker extension on your browser, disable it on your website in order to see the Pixel Helper working well.

    Also, if you use any plugin in order to add a cache layer on your website, remind to flush all caches if you make any operation in the Pixel Caffeine settings ??

    Anyway. I see it working properly on your website ??

    Hi Antonino.

    Pixel Helper works well in my browser because with other different sites if it shows me the pixel of facebook it has.

    I have cleared my web server cache, and yet Pixel Helper tells me that there is no facebook pixel.

    And I don’t understand what you mean when you say “I see it working properly on your website”. It’s OK? because I don’t see the facebook pixel.

    Then, just to be sure because you didn’t mention it, make sure you don’t have any AdBlocker extension active in your browser.
