• Thanks for the great plugin!

We recently installed this plugin on a WordPress.com site, but I can’t seem to get it to work.

I noticed that in one of the tickets filed recently that Jetpack was known to interfere with this plugin. Jetpack is a required plugin on all WordPress.com sites I believe.

Is that still the case that is causes issues?

Similar to other tickets filed, I don’t see the shortcode button on the WYSIWYG editor on our site, and when I manually add the shortcode, nothing is rendered in the markup.

Does this plugin normally work on WordPress.com sites, or should we be looking in a different direction?

    Hey @agolds481,

Jetpack does some unconventional things, ironically enough, that’s caused some conflict with this plugin. We haven’t explicitly declared WordPress.com support, but I’m open to making it work if possible.

Do you still have a page you can link me to that’s not rendering the shortcodes themselves?
