Pardot button doesn’t show on Visual Editor

  • Hi,

    We’re trying to install Pardot plugin, but the button doesn’t show on the Visual Force toolbar. Any idea why this may be happening?

    Wordpress Version 5.3.2
    Pardot plugin Version 1.4.11
    Current theme: Newspaper version: 10.2

    @ritagrillo Assuming you mean the Visual Editor, there could be a few causes.

    Do you have a staging environment where you could disable other plugins and revert to the default theme?
