    Hi, we have experienced an issue twice now in which we have either depleted our Pardot API quota or are being throttled somehow and the Pardot WordPress plugin then causes the entire wordpress site to become unresponsive. Disabling the plugin brings the site back up again. It appears that while the site is down we are hitting the API in a tight loop so we are wondering if there is some unexpected response from Pardot that causes the plugin to try again instead of giving up or loading an error.

    We haven’t been able to locate any helpful log messages but I’m not 100% sure where to look.

    We are on version 1.4.12 and have had no issue like this other than the couple times that we have had some errant, unrelated process using up our quota.
