Parameter Error on checkout woocommerce

  • customers unable to checkout, as of after they put the all information, there are getting an error of parameter error, i can not find where the error, here an email i got from the customer who coudlnt finish checkout:

    (The context in the error was something related to Bar Parameter…
    I don’t remember the entire phrase)

    i can see that from 2 days till now 8 customers order cancelled, from Woocommerce/orders

    another customer emailed that he is trying to pay through paypal, after putting billing information, please i need to know how figure out what the problem then to find solution for it
