Parameter based on custom field

    Is it possible to create a parameter based on custom field (ACF)? I’m creating pages that include quiz questions and want to use redirect plugin to either show pages that the user got the question correct (for example, custom field says “correct”) or incorrect (for example, custom field says “incorrect”).
