Parallel download limit

  • Hello everyone,

    Is there any plugin/ hack that would limit a number of parallel downloads to let say 5 at one time per user/ip? I’m building a membership site and want to avoid a situation when someone would download everything in one go limiting a bandwidth available to others.

    I have been looking everywhere without success. Maybe I have missed something.
