Parallax not working

Parallax feature was one of the main reasons for me to choose to use Sydney. Recently, it has stopped working on all the images on the page as you scroll. However, it’s still working on the header (only!).
The images are now static and move at the same speed as all other (eg text) sections.
Our hosting provider has recently upgraded the php to 8.0. Can this have something to do with it? Maybe?
