Parallax footer glitch

I am using Mesmerize theme, but for the page builder I am using Elementor. I have completed 3 pages which are Дома, Web Диза?н and За нас.
Now, the issue is the following:
On my homepage the parallax footer has a visual bug, a glitch if you will, when scrolling. On the other 2 pages that I made, the exact same way as the home page, the parallax footer scroll works perfectly fine. I cannot find where the error is or how to fix it.
Can someone please check it out and help?
