Parallax effect not working

Hello, I am using ur plugin and the slider is on the website.
I am also using the SmartStart theme.
As you can see in the transition of slides, there is no parallax effect and all elements slide together. I understand this could be due to a conflict. Can you please tell me what this might be and how can I fix this. I have been struggling with this for three days.
