Parallax effect in SmartSlider3 and Site Origin

Hi Smart Slider 3 support team!

I have a question about Parallax effect in SmartSlider3 and Site Orgin.
I want to make page scrolling similar to this

My first block will be a SmartSlider3
And the next block will be a portfolio.
and all this blocks will be in Siteorigin builder.

And I want that the Slider remain static and the next block will move over it.?
I asked SiteOrigin support team and they told me that it should be done in SmartSlider.

Is it possible to do with Smart Slider 3? I can’t find the option in the slider.
Could you help me with that?
If it’s not possible to so in this version, is it possible to do in PRO?
