Parallax effect in Internet Explorer

  • Hi,
    I took your theme cause I liked it very much, among others the parallax effect.
    But there’s a strange behavior in Internet Explorer or Edge when combining it with a fixed background image:
    When scrolling with dragging the scroll bar, it works fine, but when using the mouse wheel for it or use the scroll bar buttons, the 2 images jump ugly without a smooth effect.
    It works fine in Chrome and Firefox though.
    Any ideas how to fix that (e.g. using custom CSS)?
