    Hi

I would like to create a parallex effect on the featured image, but because you’re using an instead of a background. it gets kind of tricky. Do you have any plans of including any parallex effect for your plugin (within settings or such)?

Because I’m using Scott Robbins’ script for the backstretch effect, I’m fairly limited on its implementation and usage. There is an option to change the speed at which the image appears. With the variety of ways and methods to implement parallax effects, that could add a level of complexity to the plugin which I don’t want to bring in, so no, I don’t have plans for that at this time. Thank you for asking, though!

    Hi

Ok thank you! Then I know ??

I’m trying to create a parallax effect on my home page (https://billsingerconsulting.com/)
Specifically, how do you get the background image to appear in between some of the pages (i.e., between “How we Work” and “About”)

If you add a margin-bottom value to the widget area (.about-us, for example), the background image for your theme will show.

When I go to the widgets section and then go to “about us” section widget and click on the down arrow, I have no options available. It’s blank.

@csinger13, I think you will want to contact your theme developer for support on this issue, since this support thread is for a plugin which you are not using on your site. I think your questions are related for your theme.
