I am sorry but Parallax Animation is not included in the Animate It!

However, you can add a nice FadeIn or FlipIn effect to you image using the Plugin.

Is it possible to add a slow scrolling image as opposed to a parallax?

Plus can you use the plugin on a dashboard as opposed to adding it through the text bar?

I am wanting to create the plugin separately and then embed the shortcode into a widget if possible ??

This is not possible as well. You can add animations to images or content using the Plugin.

I do not understand. You can use the plugin in Posts, pages, and you can add animation classes to your widgets by creating animations from here: https://downloads.eleopard.in/class-generator-wordpress

and then paste the animation classes in “Animate It Classes” box added below the widgets. you can add these classes on any widget with Custom CSS classes box as well.

Do you mean creating the Short-codes using Post/Page, and then pasting it on the widget? If so, yes it is possible

The end effect I am trying to create is for my sidebar image using the twenty fifteen theme to scroll down as the mouse scrolls. I am trying to create an image that it responsive to the movement of the mouse when scrolling up and down.

Is this possible using Animate it? As i would like to create the animation and then include it in shortcode as a widget.
