Paralax and window width adjustment

  • I have a parallax-effect on my Astra(child) website. However it only works when I am in Costumizer mode or:
    When my window is wide enough: as far as I can deduce it works in firefox when the window is 39,3cm (1454 px) but not when the window is less or equal to 39 cm (1443 px).

    It once worked, even on my old android phone, but after some updates and the use of plugins to speed up the website this is the result.

    What I would like to accomplish is that it will work (at least) when a normal full screen PC window is used.

    Even help in finding the right CSS and/or JS files of the parallax effect might help me enough to solve this issue.

    I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
