The source page shows up in the target page perfect except for one aspect. Paragraphs are joined when I preview the page that should be separate and are so in admin.

I must note that this problem is not when I use the shortcode in a normal test page. It works 100% there. Instead I am using a Tabs extension and information is within these tabs. So I go into the tab visual editor add the shortcode, which functions identically to a standard wordpress Page that I can see.

The paragraph formatting doesn’t normally use the <p> tag but I tried to add this in as a hack to see in the text editor but the CMS strips it back out straight away when I update or toggle back to the visual editor. It seems in the passing into the Tab area/page it is not recognizing the CMS’s standard treatment of paragraphs where there is no P tag used to separate blocks of text.

    forgot a point,
I needed to add: filter=”true” to the normal test page as I was having the problem I outlined before adding filter=”true”. However when I tried the same on the Tab area/page it unfortunately didn’t perform the same remedy.

It is possible that the Tabs extension is also filtering the content. The only way to be sure is to install the Tabs extension and attempt to duplicate the issue so we can discover the cause. Could you provide us with a link to access the Tabs extension?

sorry about the delay I have been waiting for the plugin developer to get back about this. They say there are no test sites that can be accessed. But do you have a safe email I can send you access to my own site, which is currently password protected, and you can go in there. I’ll send the site and password

    thanks

No problem. We can have a look at your site if necessary, but first it would be prudent for us to setup a test environment of our own to see if we can replicate the issue.

What we would need from you initially is a copy of the Tabs extension (plugin) so we can install it in our test environment along with the most recent copy of RPS Include Content.

Is the Tabs plugin something that can be downloaded from www.remarpro.com or can you provide us with a link to download it?
