Paragraphs are removed from email body

  • Under ?Custom Messages? we can define the content of an email that is sent when a website visitor requests to update his/her Mailchimp profile.

    Whenever I create paragraphs in the email body, they are removed as soon as I save the form settings. This is true whether I enter these paragraphs in rich text mode or in source code mode.

    As a result, emails to our website visitors look a bit messy. Can we please change this behaviour?
