    Hi,

This is related to a forum topic:

    https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/forums/topic/did-an-update-alter-line-spacing#post-308840

As of 8.0.2 it seems there is no longer spacing between paragraphs.

This is creating a disconnect between the preview and the email:

    Is this intentional?

    From the changelog:

    “8.0.2

    • Fixed missing icons for WhatsApp
    • Added the “show_name” option to the form type “minimal”
    • Added styles for the minimal form mobile view
    • Forced 0 margins for P tag to make uniform the rendering on Outlook and other clients
    • Removed default font on text bock”

The lack of spacing looks very strange – is there a way to have spacing between paragraphs? Surely this is a must?

Perhaps the update was only meant to remove horizontal margins and not vertical margins?

At the moment, text like this:

    “Hello

    Welcome to my newsletter

    Kind regards

    Harry”

    Is turning into this:

    “Hello
    Welcome the my newsletter
    Kind regards
    Harry”

This really doesn’t look good for extended prose.

Was this intentional? Is there a way to circumvent this?

I don’t really want to send emails with such weird line spacing!

Rolling back to 8.0.1 did not help – so is this just how the paragraphs are styled? Is there any way to increase paragraph spacing, and make it coherent with the editor?

It should be fixed on version 8.0.4
