paragraph padding

Hello – I have a test page here on my site:https://mydesignstore.net/a-box-border-test-page-2/ These are border boxes coded in and linked photos and text inside. I got the padding for the photos by adding it to the img url before the “alt”. Now I have trouble putting padding on the paragraph description, left and right so the words will not start and end flush with the border. I know what the codes are but do not know where to add them. If anybody has any suggestions I appreciate it. I am fairly new at code and have to research for hours to get things done.
