Paragraph Counting in blockquotes, etc.

Good morning. I’m a pro user, but I thought I’d just ask this question in general here to see if there is something simple I’m overlooking before asking devs for help. I noticed that even though blockquote is selected in the settings to not have paragraphs counted, ads are still being inserted in blockquotes. Is there something that I’m missing?
