Paragraph break screw up in edit mode

  • Hi all, i encounter this following problem.

    When i start a new post, everything seem okie. BUt when i go back to edit the post again. All the paragraph break i got goes missing. And it tedious to space out the paragraph again.

    Anyone with any idea how to solve this?
