    Hi there

Just started developing a site with Gutenberg today and come across an issue. I’m trying to place a Paragraph block after an image, and add a background/text color in that block.

However, the color changes are not being applied, and the spacing beneath the image is too close. It looks, from the source, like the <p> is being included in the <figure></figure> element created with the image block.

I can make it work by adding a clearfix in HTML between image and paragraph block, but that seems a bit of a hack/annoying going forward. Any advice?

    Thanks
    Dom

Ignore me. I placed a <br /> tag in the alt text, which I have now learned is a no-no! ??

I’m looking at the page you linked to. I see the blue block and then the orange one below it. What looks wrong with those? Do you still have a clearfix in place there?

Edit: Ah, ok. We posted at the same time. Glad you fixed it. ??
