PANIC: Store is open and suddenly shipping isn't being included on checkout page

    We’re in desperate need for help with an issue on our website. We submitted a ticket, but our last ticket took 5 days to be replied to.

    Our site is live now…and due to receive 3-4 million hits in the next 31 days because it’s associated with NORAD.

    People are able to check out WITHOUT any shipping charges!

    I’ve found that if people don’t calculate their shipping charge on the cart page, then they don’t get charged a shipping fee during checkout.

    HELP PLEASE!!

    We didn’t fix it, but we did come up with a work-around.

    For those who see this message and have the same problem, we went to Wordpres dashboard, Woocommerce, settings, shipping options, and UNCHECKED “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”
