PANIC! Customers can buy out of stock products (without backorder allowed)

  • I can’t find what the problem is (I’ve tried 5 different browsers all in “private” mode), but somehow some customers seam to be able to place orders on products that are out of stock and that have do not allow backorders active!

    This is a major problem since we now have to manually cancel orders and notify customers that the order they where able to place has been canceled.

    Is there anyone here who has seen this before and might suggest any solutions?

    Never mind. Turns out this was a warehouse error with our logistics firm. I just couldn’t wrap my head around it before I realized that it was restocking out of stock items when the orders where removed from the warehouse.
