Painless Moving from Register Plus To Pie Register?

  • Ok, I’m giving up… WP-3 broke my install of Register Plus so perhaps now is the time to upgrade to Pie Register… but will I have to throw it all out and start over to do that?

    Question #1: will Pie Register use my old existing Register Plus settings if I install them both at the same time and then deactivate Register Plus?

    I have a lot of work invested in getting my Register Plus site working well and I’d hate to throw a monkey wrench into the works and have to start completely over by first UNinstalling my existing Register Plus before I can INstall a new instance of Pie Register.

    Question #2: Register Plus will no longer (after upgrading to WP-3) allow multiple users to all share the same email address… has this bug been fixed in Pie Register?
